$750 Visa Gift Card Giveaway
- Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of the following states: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, and representatives of Koch 33 Cars, its affiliated dealerships, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period:
- Each monthly giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the same month.
- Entries do not carry over to future months.
- How to Enter:
- Online Entry: Complete the official entry form on the Koch 33 Cars website or participating dealership websites.
- All required fields must be completed to qualify.
- An alternate entry method is a Mail-In Entry: Handprint your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Koch 33 Cars – Monthly Giveaway [Sponsor Address Here]
* Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the final day of the applicable month and received within five (5) days thereafter.
- Limit: One (1) entry per person per month.
- Winner Selection:
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days following the end of each monthly promotion period.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each month.
- No purchase necessary.
- A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
- Prize:
- One (1) $750 VISA Gift Card will be awarded each month.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.
- Notification of Winner:
- The selected winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within ten (10) business days following the drawing.
- The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity Release:
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants Koch 33 Cars and its marketing partner, Orange Media Group, Inc., permission to use their first name, last initial, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes (e.g., “Mike T. from Allentown, PA”).
- Additional use of full name, likeness, or entry details may be requested with consent and without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
- Taxes:
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- General Conditions:
- Koch 33 Cars reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any technical failure, fraud, or other issue compromises the integrity of the giveaway.
- Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the entry process may result in disqualification.
- Dispute Resolution:
- By entering, participants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration and waive participation in any class action.
- This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
