Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas, a fuel surcharge will be added to all rental charges that are not returned on "FULL". Renter and all additional drivers must possess, and present at time of rental, a valid driver's license, a current insurance card (expired cards are not accepted) and a major credit card. All drivers must be at least 21 years old at the time of rental. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred to the vehicle during the terms of the rental agreement. Customer agrees and certifies that they have sufficient insurance coverage to ensure they are fully covered on rental vehicles. Renter is responsible for all toll charges, tickets, and violations incurred during terms of the rental agreement. Reservation is dependent on vehicle model availability. All rates include Unlimited Mileage, vehicles may be driven in the United States and Canada only. Daily rates are based on 24 hour periods, weekly rate is 7 days.
